Perfect Circles
I'm in a journal trade to do "Perfect Circles". I thought it would be interesting to do just one big circle of the moon. I really like how perfect circles work. The moon is turned under. The trees in front of the moon are thread painted. I'm thinking I did a little too much sewing into the water. If I did a composition like this again, I'd just do a little stitching in front of the moon to show reflection.

Somehow it just seems inadequate to say this is fabulous - but it is. I love the effect you have created for the trees in the front. This would look wonderful as a large size wall hanging. You have captured the scene perfectly.
Can you gather that I like this one very much :))
